  • How do I check on, or contact someone about my order?"

  • What if my order is incorrect or missing items?
    Contact us immediately after opening your package at moe@feelinmoebetta.com and we will rectify the situation ASAP!
  • Are all purchases confidential?
    ABSOLUTELY! Your business is yours, and it’s not our story to tell. We are glad that you chose Feelin Moe Betta to do business with, and we would NEVER compromise that by spilling your tea. Please, feel free to tell your friends where you got your items from, just don’t expect us to recap your purchase with us, to them.
  • Do Waist Trainers fit true to size?
    No. All waist trainers are made and sized differently. A size chart accompanies each product, in the description of the item. That’s why it is very important to measure yourself PRIOR to purchase. Still unsure? Please feel free to email us at info@feelingmoebetta.com and we will assist you in the best way we know how. We are here to help, not to hinder.
  • Will you have items available for men?
    Yes we will-eventually. After I help my ladies get back on track, then I will roll out items that I have for the fellas. Us ladies have to stick together and we can only do that, if we look out for ourselves FIRST.
  • If I live in the local area, will you meet me somewhere with my order?"
    No. Shipping is included in your grand total, so mailing it to you, is your only option.
