Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping via the USPS, 1st class will be 3-7 business days. This is this only mailing option at this time.

Processing time for all orders are at least 1-3 business days. Your order may even be shipped 3-5 business days (does NOT include weekends) after your order is placed. Please keep in mind that extended delays may be due to you placing your order during the weekend, national holidays recognized by the USPS (United States Postal Service), and delays with the USPS which, unfortunately, are not under our control.

Once the order ships, a tracking number, with shipment details, will be emailed to you. Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address, prior to checkout, to ensure that you will have up to date information on your package(s).

If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 days (not 3 hours, because I too, get this anxious about my new purchases lol) please contact me at moe@feelingmoebetta.com but be sure to check your spam folder FIRST!
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that we sometimes underestimate our personal measurements, and we would love to get your right size. A size chart is available to you, in the pictures of each corresponding item. However, it is VERY important to do your measurements prior to purchase, due to us having a strict NO REFUNDS, by any means, policy!!
